A Murder in Texas
Part Six – The Curse
Johnny Frank Garrett was held on death row in Huntsville, Texas for almost 10 years before his execution in 1992.
He wrote a great many letters while his attornies filed petitions for stays and relief from the death penalty.
But, one letter, or statement that he wrote stood out from the others.
This became known as –
The Curse Letter of Johnny Frank Garrett.
I have tried to find a transcribed copy so that it would be easier to read, but, probably due to copyright laws, I haven’t been able to.
However, I’m attaching the photos of the “Curse” letter, along with a link to the Facebook page where you can see it if the photos don’t display well enough.
